#1 Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings

1lb chicken wings
2 heaped tbsp organic butter
5-6 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup raw local honey
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce (Chrystal informs me that Franks Hot Sauce is the best)

Cook the wings on parchment paper on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees F until they start to crisp up.
In the meantime stew the garlic gently in the butter in a small pan on a low heat on the stove top so that the garlic is melty soft but does not burn.
Remove the garlic from the heat and add the honey, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to taste.
In a non-plastic bowl, toss the hot wings and sauce together.
Return the coated wings to the oven on the parchment paper and cook at 400 degrees F until they are crispy.
